How much control do I have?

Hoopla allows you to maintain total control over what content is "published" to the live web site. One of the key benefits of a CMS is that many people from different departments, or even different organisations, can all be given access to maintain your web site.

Maintaining effective control of your content can become more difficult as the number of contributors increases. However, Hoopla addresses this by having different permission levels for its users: some users can publish pages to the live site immediately, whilst others will have their changes approved first by an editor before the page is published. This reviewing feature gives you the ability to:

• Verify or validate the content added by junior contributors;
• Ensure corporate brand guidelines are followed;
• Keep track of what information is being presented to your customers, suppliers and competitors;
• Restrict a user's access to their department's pages only, or whatever pages you define.
