Hoopla has been designed to be as simple as possible to use for people who have little, or no, technical expertise.
In fact, Hoopla is so easy that anybody can set up a new page and then fill it with content in just a few minutes. If you do need assistance with some of the more advanced features, then we have got some great documentation to help you out.
